The Department of Health – MIMAROPA on Monday, April 27 said that two of its health workers have contracted COVID-19.

Baquilod said that the numbers in MIMAROPA is continuously increasing and the only way we can stop the spread of the virus is to stay at home and follow the health reminders given by authorities.

As of 3:00 pm of April 27, DOH – CHD MIMAROPA announced two new confirmed cases of COVID-19. A 26-year old female from Oriental Mindoro and a 35-year old female from Occidental Mindoro, both with no travel history.

Meanwhile, it also announced two new recoveries in the region from COVID-19.
