SM City Puerto Princesa PR Officer Russell Fernandez told Palawan Daily News that with the official launch today, Nov 8, is the start of pre-Christmas campaign called #SparklingSMallidays that features Paris as a wonderland.

Present during the launch are City Councilors Matthew Mendoza, Henry Gadiano and Roy Ventura as well as Barangay Captains Russell Gloriani of San Miguel, and Evangeline Aquino of Maningning.

But the star of the event is the participation of Special Olympics Philippines, the kids who are the recipients of the “Bears Of Joy” project of SM Cares that started in 2011.

Bears Of Joy is a program in partnership with Toy Kingdom, wherein shoppers can buy a pair of bears to which the other one will be donated to the said community of special kids. Each bear is priced at P200.

Along with the celebration of Christmas, SM City Puerto Princesa also announced #DearSMSanta campaign, a digital mailbox where kids and kids at heart can send their Christmas wishes by writing an e-letter, and you can send your wishes at www.smsupermall.com/dearsmsanta . The joyous atmosphere in the mall is also powered by Spotify playing a special Christmas playlist.

The Sparkling SMallidays now offers its shoppers to buy as early as now their Christmas Baskets for only P350 from SM Supermarket, and avail 50% off on children’s wear, shoes, accessories, and toys with babies and kids sale at SM Store.
