Nakatakdang maghigpit sa paggamit ng motor ang Puerto Princesa City simula sa araw ng Lunes, ayon sa tagapagsalita ng lungsod.

Sa isang post ni City Information Officer (CIO) Richard Ligad kahapon, Dec. 11, binanggit ng opisyal na ito ay sa kadahilanang marami na ang mga insidenteng ginagamit ng mga masasamang-loob ang motorsiklo gaya na lamang ng kamakailang suspek sa pagpatay sa sur, ang nangti-trip sa bahagi ng Magarwak, at ang mga nakukunang nagnanakaw at nang-aagaw ng cellphone.

“Siguraduhin po na may plate number ang inyong mga motor or mga improvise plate number or kahit na galing sa mga company na nag papahulugan para po hindi kayo maabala,” ani CIO Ligad.

Sa pagpupulong ng Peace and Order Council Meeting kahapon, iniatas na rin umano ni Mayor Lucilo Bayron na busisiing mabuti ang lahat ng mga papasok ng motor na galing sa mga munisipyo ng Lalawigan ng Palawan na walang plate number.
