Modern Tropical Hue Hotel and Resort Puerto Princesa inked partnership with Adventist Hospital Palawan (AHP) today, July 7 for securing the health of its guest and employees.
The one-year partnership will focus on the part of AHP educating the management and workers of the hotel in dealing with precautionary measures to combat COVID-19, and for the Hotel to give its employees even their guests the best care in their hospital needs.
“Si Hotel on its own is for the people that’s coming in, si hospital want to make sure that they are healthy and maayos ang mga practices nila, we are providing them trainings, we are providing them content, know how knowledge,” said by Dr. Ian Kenneth Berneo, Chief Operating Officer of Adventist Hospital Palawan.
Some of these trainings are already on going, like the proper education training about COVID-19 and how to handle it and re-echoing best practices that Hue can adopt to their daily operations, earlier June when the Hotel resume its operation they already started changing their menu by providing healthy food options to their guest.
“It’s our honor to partner with such leaders in healthcare here in Puerto Princesa, as we value the safety of our guests and staff, and hopefully what we do here can be replicated in a lot of hotels in the City, it’s something that we are very proud of,” Hue Hotel General Manager Chris Guballa said.
The partnership contract signing is witnessed by City Tourism Officer Aileen Amurao and City Incident Commander Dr. Dean Palanca who both gave their full support and applauded the said undertaking as a step in making Puerto Princesan’s healthy.
“Thank you Hue Hotel for trusting in us, na sa tingin ninyo ay we are a frontrunner in health care, thank you for choosing us,” AHP President Elias Apacible said in closing.
