Indayog to open Arts Month Celebration in PSU

The resident dance group of Palawan State University called Sining Palawan Dance Troupe (SPDT) is holding a dance recital show this coming Monday, February 3 at the Landmark venue in Tiniguiban campus, dubbed as “Indayog” “indak ng kahapon sa makabagong kabanata” is in line with the celebration of National Art’s month this February.

According to its page, the said recital is a tradition every academic year that showcase its new members, it’s a collaboration project of the senior members and officers of the group, wherein the new members are the ones performing.

Indayog will feature 14 folk and indigenous dances from Cordillera suite, western-influenced dance, Muslim suite, and countryside dances, this is in support of the mission of SPDT in the preservation and promotion of Filipino Culture and Arts thru dance.

The show is free to the public and will start at 5 in the afternoon.
