Dumalo rin sa seremonya at kinilalang guest of honor at speaker si PMGEN Jonnel Cabrillos Estomo, Deputy Chief Philippine National Police for Operation (TDCO).
Kasabay din ito ng pagdiriwang PNP Maritime Group ng kanilang 32-taong anibersaryo na may temang, “Yaman ng Inang Kalikasan ating alagaan, malasakit ng kapulisan, simbahan at pamayanan ang kailangan tungo sa kaunlaran.”
