A drug suspect was arrested by joint operatives of Philippine Drug Enforcement Agency (PDEA), City Drug Enforcement Unit (CDEU) and City Intelligence Unit around 5:00 AM today, September 2, at Purok Bagong Pag-asa, Barangay San Jose, Puerto Princesa City.
The anti-illegal drugs operatives identified the suspect as Victorino Richard Bolandrina, jobless, and a resident of this city.
Confiscated from the suspect were six heat-sealed transparent plastic sachets containing white crystalline substance supected to be “shabu,” one rolled aluminum foil, three folded strips of aluminum foil, one strip of aluminum foil with residue of suspected “shabu” and two improvised lighters.
The suspect is now under custody of the authorities and charges of violation of Sections 11 and 12, Article II under RA 9165 or the “Comprehensive Dangerous Drug Act,” are being prepared.
