Palaweno’s could have been prepared for the COVID-19 second wave but not anymore, P1 billion loan is the answer, adding to our millions of debt! Are we lucky enough?

I hope that the Local Government is intelligent enough to use this huge amount for the people not for a selected few, not in preparation for the election and most of all, not for political vendetta.
