According to President Engr. Adonis Bergonia for 2019-2020, the Club does not only feature foreign films as they usually base the selection upon the availability provided by cinema operators. They also intend to screen some Filipino films soon.

This is the third movie block screening of the Club for this year, among them are Charlie’s Angels last November, and Spiderman: Far From Home last August. The Club is now preparing for the induction party this coming Dec 7 for the newly elected set of officers.

Kiwanis is an International Club with 14 Clubs all over Palawan that has 15 minimum members per group. It was founded by a group of businessmen in Detroit, Michigan USA in 1915, the name Kiwanis is an American Indian expression “Nunc Kee-Wanis” that means we trade, while their universal motto is We Build.
