A number of volunteers in the province in support of Vice President Leni Robredo’s presidential campaign earlier this month launched “Art4Leni,” an art exhibit and online fundraising, in Villa del Sierra Vista, Abanico Road in Puerto Princesa City.

The art exhibit features the joint efforts of local Palaweño artists and craft makers in support of the Vice President’s campaign for the presidential seat in the upcoming May 2022 general election.

The fundraising exhibit opened last December 5 and will run until December 30. The venue holds paintings, locally-made crafts and other arts made by artist-entrepreneurs all over Palawan. Featured paintings that are up for sale are the creations of 20 Palaweño artists and 9 craft makers.

The exhibit is open to guests everyday from 2PM-6PM. Olivia Ortega, the organizer, said that the exhibit will close on December 24-26 for a holiday break and will resume on the 27th until the 30th.

According to them, all proceeds of the art exhibit and online fundraising will be allocated for campaign initiatives for the vice-president.
