Hue Hotels open its doors once more with new exciting set of healthy menus to fulfill your nutritional needs in this pandemic.
La-ud restaurant is offering 8 new healthy drinks all made from natural ingredients, with unique names that intrigue you and will captivate your senses.
Why don’t you try “Motion Sickness”? It is a delicious extract of fresh ginger, green and red bell pepper, apple and pure honey. These ingredients are anti-inflammatory, help curb morning sickness, treat sore throat, cold and fever.
“Mood Swing” is another must try, it’s packed with flavourful malunggay with cucumber, sweetened with pure wild honey that is expected to lower cholesterol and a good source of antioxidant. Other drinks in the list is “Heart Burn” that is made with basil, mint, orange wedges, cucumber and honey that is believed to help detox the body and makes the skin healthier. They also serve “Self-Defense” from green bell pepper+watermelon and muscovado sugar, “Viva La Resistance” is good for digestion since it has pineapple and celery leaves.
Other options are “Wolverine” with cabbage+cucumber+peppermint, “True Vision” drink rich in beta carotene from carrots added with apple and basil mint leaves, all so much worth the value at P99 per serving.

“Tender Steak Salad” is on the top list of our recommendation! The seared steak sautéd with mushrooms added with assorted greens and special honey garlic vinaigrette will make you ask for more.
While we cannot travel let your taste buds wander with “Lakwetsero Salad” that is rich mix of peaches, California raisins, roasted almonds, assorted greens and lemon basil vinaigrette that explodes with all crunch unforgettable flavor.
Another must try is the “Sweet Honey Salad” made of tomatoes and parmesan cheese, “Maharlika Salad” with sweet corn kernels and cashew, “Morning Glory Salad” with ground chicken meat and longganisa sliced with tomatoes, “Mandaragat Salad” that gives you the best fresh taste of tuna with sliced cucumber and wasabi. “Habal-Habal Salad” is also in the menu with pomelo and shredded Jicana peanuts as the main star.

Lockdown inspired
According to Mj Regente, the Sales and Marketing Officer of Hue Hotel, the lockdown inspired them to look at more healthier options as a new offering to the Palaweños.
“Yung mga products more on local lang sya, yung mga herbs natin ay more on nakatanim lang sa ating mga backyard, most of our orders are from mga doctors and frontliners, that’s why we want it to launch para sa lahat”, Regente said.
Hue Hotel is the first to receive the DOT certification with all the compliance in terms of safety and precautions.
The new healthy foods and drinks are available for dine in, take-out and delivery from 8 in the morning to 9 in the evening on a daily basis since June 1.
