“Chaos” is what happens, when an unstoppable force meets an immovable object” As stated by the Joker in the 2008 movie, The Dark Knight. Having to deal with a lot of hardships can easily make or break a person, especially if one is dealing with all or is alone, and once this happens no matter what you say or do in order to help that person will just fall on deaf ears.

They will do the easiest way they see fit to get out of that situation, some may do the unthinkable which is not in their nature, they will be forced to do so as they no longer want to prolong what they’re going into, other will be forced to rob, and endangered other people, some resort to lying on their friends and families and some end their lives just to be spared from their suffering.

Now, how do we deal with all of what is happening around us? In these chaotic times, we live in, is there any way for us to stay positive? We know it’s hard to do all things at the same time, what others do is divide their time to each task in order to accomplish their goals.

Now some people may say what if they can do it, why do others can’t? Well, it’s just a matter of resources, be it a person, material things, or money, simply other people don’t have all of those, and other people have nothing at all.

That is why it is very important to look out for one another and don’t be afraid to reach out for help. Having all these negative things in our minds and all of the frustrations of this busy world will surely lead us down the wrong path and disasters will surely happen.

We should keep an open mind, don’t let every little problem let us down, it is not the end of the world if everything piled up on top of each other, and neglecting them is not an answer that we should come up with.

Take care of your body, exercise your mind with every information you can get, eat properly, don’t be afraid to ask about anything, learn as much as you can, as this will give you the ability to assess and adapt in any situation that you’ll be in, and while you are keeping yourself busy do not forget to take a break once in a while, have a drink with your friends, go to parties or in a place that you like to distract yourself with all the worries in your life, but do not indulge too much as at the end of the day you are still to face all of your problems.

Be brave, embrace everything and remember that they are all part of this life. Keep your head up and be reminded that no matter how hard the problem is, no matter what kind of disaster or situation you’re into, you can do it, press forward, and don’t be afraid to lose or fail, as the saying goes “home wasn’t built in just a day” so is the success that you’re looking for, if life knocks you down hard, you must get back up harder. Don’t get easily affected by what’s happening all around you.

We know that it’s very hard to live in these times that were in, where money keeps everything working, from the soaring prices of everything that we need to the political system that we have, even threats we face today from extremism to terrorism. We must not lose faith in the people around us even if some do us wrong.

There are still those people who are ready to help and hear us out most importantly, do not lose faith in yourself, open up your mind do not be afraid to take risks, and do not be afraid of the pain as it is a reminder that we are alive and that we can better ourselves no matter how chaotic everything will be, and no matter how negative everything can be. Be positive always.
