Ipilan Nickel Corporation (INC) has maintained a steady record of compliance with tax and fee obligations to the local government of Brooke’s Point, Palawan, with payments contributing directly to the municipality’s operational capacity to fund essential public services, infrastructure projects, and community programs.

INC’s track record shows a structured and consistent approach to its fiscal responsibilities. In 2025, its contributions encompassed a range of local taxes and fees, including municipal business permits, ecosystem fees, occupation and rental fees, occupancy permits, community taxes, and real property taxes.

Local taxes paid by the company in the same fiscal year reached Php 50.5 million, which played a significant role in maintaining public facilities, supporting environmental management programs, and providing the resources needed to ensure community welfare and sustainable growth.

Since the beginning of its operations, INC has paid a total of Php 267.6 million in local taxes. These financial commitments highlight the connection between responsible business operations and the municipality’s capacity to sustain and expand essential services for its residents.

Such compliance ensures that local government resources remain robust and available for projects that benefit the municipality as a whole, and by fulfilling its obligations diligently, INC contributes measurably to Brooke’s Point’s operational capacity and long-term development.
