Every second Sunday of May has been set aside to celebrate the women in our families who taught us, nurtured us and even sacrificed for us. However, whenever we heard about Mother’s Day, the roles of Military Moms are often go unnoticed.
The demands of military schedules are frequently make it hard for moms-in-uniform to attend significant family milestones and events. The mom guilt of having to be away from her kids when they are sick, having other people to take care of them, and the longing for deeper attachment might be some of the most heart breaking sentiments that a mom has been experienced. But despite of deployments, unpredictable missions, and urgent tasks, military moms remain strong, resilient and agile while providing a living to her household.
Juggling between work and raising her kids, these responsibilities is no easy task, but Military mother always find ways. They are capable of doing almost everything. They were trained to adapt, adjust and are willing to do what it takes to make sure their children have the best and cared for.
This might be a difficult in one’s life, but motherhood in general is
rewarding. As they march to honor the nation and the state, let us recognize the challenge and the unwavering sacrifice of the Military Mothers who selflessly give their best for her service and her family.
As the scriptures says in Proverbs 31:31 “Give her of the fruit of her hands; and let her own works praise her in the gates”Salute to all virtuous Military Moms! Your worth is far above any jewel!
