2-week travel restrictions sa Brgy. Liminangcong, ipatutupad

Ipatutupad sa lalong madaling panahon ang 2-week travel restrictions sa Brgy. Liminangcong sa bayan ng Taytay, Palawan at iba pang mga alituntunin hanggang May 31, 2021 upang masugpo ang pagkalat ng COVID-19 sa lugar.

Base sa Executive Order No. 049, Series of 2021 na inilabas ng Local Government Unit (LGU) ng Taytay ngayong araw, May 14, 2021, nakasaad na sa loob ng dalawang linggo ay mga essential travels lamang ang papayagan papasok at palabas ng barangay. Limitado ang galaw ng mga essential goods and services providers na mula sa mainland sa kanilang delivery areas. Bawal din ang mag-overnight sa Liminangcong.

Ang mga sasakyang pandagat ng essential goods at mga services providers o mga cargo vessels ay limitado sa port of entry para sa loading at unloading lamang. Hindi pinapayagang gumala sa barangay ang mga crew nito. Ang mga residente ng Liminangcong ay hindi pinapayagang pumasok o sumakay sa mga sea vessels na nasa daungan. Ang sinumang lumabag dito ay kailangang isailalim sa 7-day mandatory home quarantine.

Ang mga essential goods and services providers na manggagaling sa Liminangcong ay pinapayagang lumabas-pasok sa barangay ngunit limitado lamang sa kanilang mga delivery areas/points at kailangang hindi muna lumapit kanino man sa miyembro ng kanilang pamilya pagbalik.

Ang mga nag-e-edad 15 pababa at 65 pataas gayundin ang mga may problema sa kalusugan, mga mahihina ang immune system at mga buntis ay hindi pinapayagang lumabas ng kanilang mga tahanan.

Bawal nang lumabas ng bahay habang curfew hours, 10-00PM-5:00AM maliban na lamang sa mga medical and emergency workers at mga on-duty na uniformed personnel. Bawal ang pagbisita sa ibang bahay o kamag-anak.

Mahigpit ding ipatutupad ang minimum public health standards and safety protocols tulad ng social distancing at pagsusuot ng facemask at faceshield. Ang sinumang lalabag ay may mga kaukulang multa sa ilalim ng Municipal Ordinance No. 402, Series of 2021;

  1. 1st offense – ₱1,000.00 or 8 hours of community service
  2. 2nd offense – ₱1,500.00 or 16 hours of community service
  3. 3rd offense – ₱2,500.00
  4. 4th offense – sa severe violations ay ipaiiral na ang Republic Act. No. 11332 at DILG Memorandum kung saan magmumulta ng ₱20,000.00 at maaaring makulong ng 1 month ang violators.

Mahigpit ding ipinagbabawal ang lahat ng uri ng mass gatherings sa barangay maliban sa lamay na limitado sa 3 araw at immediate family ng namatay.

Maaalalang nitong nakaraang araw ay nagpositibo sa  Rapid Antigen Test ang 46 na residente ng Liminangcong kung saan nakabilang sa Probable case ang mga ito sa ngayon habang inaantay ang resulta ng kanilang RT-PCR confirmatory test mula sa Culion Sanitarium and General Hospital Molecular Laboratory.
