The municipality of Aborlan distributed an additional 35 units of printers to its schools yesterday, July 17, courtesy of the Special Education Fund (SEF) provided by the Palawan Provincial Government.

Fe D. Agbon, Public Schools District Supervisor of Aborlan North, and Mr. Nelson D. Mediadero, Jr., Public Schools District Supervisor of Aborlan South, personally accepted the donated printers on behalf of the schools in the said town.

The government has been utilizing the SEF to address the diverse needs of schools and ensure that students receive the best possible learning opportunities. It also become a lifeline for schools, enabling them to bridge gaps in infrastructure, technology, and instructional materials.

Recognizing the importance of modern technology in education, the Palawan Provincial Government has distributed a substantial number of printers to schools in different municipalities. These printers have facilitated efficient documentation, enhanced teaching materials, and fostered a more interactive learning environment.

It can be recalled that in the previous month of May, forty-three (43) units of printers were already distributed to schools in Aborlan, out of the total allocation of 1,116 printers provided by the Palawan Provincial Government for DepEd Palawan’s covered schools.

The Palawan Provincial Government’s Special Education Fund (SEF) is a program that aims to provide a significant impact on the education landscape of the province, as it continues to empower schools and students through various initiatives. The SEF, a dedicated fund allocated for educational development, has been instrumental in providing vital resources and support to educational institutions across Palawan.
