Inilatag na ng Coast Guard Station Eastern Palawan (CGSEP) katuwang ang mga mamamayan at lokal na pamahalaan ng Agutaya, Cuyo at Magsaysay Palawan angng mga improvised absorbent booms na gawa sa bunot, damit, plastic bottles at fish nets.

Sa mga prayoridad na mga lugar katulad ng bakhawan at Marine Protected Areas (MPA) sa iba’t ibang barangay at Isla.

 

Kahit mababa na ang posibilidad na makarating ang “oil slicks” sa lugar na sakop ng CGSEP, pinapaigting pa din  ng Coast Guard Station Eastern Palawan ang pagbabantay at pagpapatrolya sa karagatan at mga dalampasigang nasasakop nito.
