Lumagda sa isang Memorandum of Agreement (MOA) nitong Marso 17, ang Pamahalaang Panlalawigan ng Palawan at Drugman Drughouse ng Man of All Trades Inc. upang higit pang palakasin at palawakin ang access sa serbisyong medikal ng mga Palawenyo.

Sa ilalim ng kasunduang ito, maaari nang pumunta sa iba’t ibang branch ng Drugman Drughouse upang makakuha ng kinakailangang gamot ang mga outpatient at inpatient na humihingi ng tulong mula sa pampublikong ospital at YAKAP Center ng Pamahalaang Panlalawigan.

Dito, ipapakita lamang ng pasyente ang reseta kasama ang Guarantee Letter (GL) na ibinigay sa kanila ng YAKAP Center upang agad na makuha ang gamot nang hindi na kinkailangang magbayad pa.

Ayon kay Gobernadora Amy Roa Alvarez, sasagutin ng Kapitolyo ang gastusin sa mga gamot na makukuha ng mga pasyente mula sa siyam na sangay ng Drugman sa Palawan. Mahigit isang milyong piso naman ang inilaan bilang credit limit para sa programang ito.

Dagdag pa niya, magsisilbi rin itong extension ng mga botika ng mga ospital ng pamahalaang panlalawigan, lalo na sa mga pagkakataong kulang o walang maibigay na gamot sa mga pasyente.

Sa kasalukuyan, hinihintay na lamang ang go signal mula sa mga opisyal ng Drugman Drughouse upang tuluyang maipatupad ang nasabing kasunduan.

Samantala, kasamang dumalo ng Gobernadora sa paglagda ng kasunuduan ay ang mga kinatawan ng Drugman Drughouse kabilang na ang may-ari na si Wesley Lao, General Manager, Felix T. Lao, at Operations Manager, Cromwell Dinate.
