Radio stations gagamiting Learning Delivery Modality ayon sa DepEd-Palawan

Gumagamit ngayon ng iba’t ibang paraan ang Department of Education (DepEd) para mas maging epektibo sa pagtuturo sa mga estudyante, gaya dito sa Lalawigan ng Palawan pinalalakas umano nila ang Radio-Based Instruction sa kanilang pagtuturo para maabot ang lahat ng kanilang mga estudyante ayon kay DepEd Provincial Information Officer (PIO) at Officer In Charge Assistant Schools Division Superintendent (OIC ASDS) Arnie Ventura.

“Base po sa aming amended Learning Continuity Plan of Schools Division in Palawan, ang learning modality po na inii-strengthen po sa Palawan ay ang Radio-based Instruction. Magpuput-up po ng radio station for every school para po yun po yung gagamiting modality sa ating learners. Mga teachers din ang magtuturo [at] meron naman po tayong learning materials para po doon,” ani Ventura.

Ayon sa kaniya, maraming paaralan ang planong malagyan ng radio stations.

“Meron na pong mga school na gumagamit ng radio-based instruction pero mas marami pa po sa procurement namin…. Meron pa po tayo more than 600+ schools para sa radio-based instruction. Meron pa pong batch 2 and 3 [at] before matapos ang 2nd quarter 80% ay malalagyan ng mga radio transmitter,” dagdag nito.

Samantala kasalukuyan pa rin nakikipagnegosasyon ang DepEd sa magiging supplier nito para masimulan na ang proyekto.

“Nasa ongoing procurement po kami ng para po sa radio-based instruction. Nagkaroon lang ng konting problema sa procurement [dahil] walang mga suppliers na pumatos kaya nasa negotiation procurement po kami ngayon na this January tulyo-tuloy po yun para po after the negotiation, ipu-put up na po natin yung 600+ for batch 1. At meron pa po tayong batch 2 and 3 para po sa radio-based instruction,” pahayag ni Ventura.
