“Nais po natin na kunin ang mga suhestyon ng bawat miyembro ng StratCom Cluster kung ano ang kanilang mga kaparaanan upang mapagtulungan natin ang paghahatid ng impormasyon sa mga mamayan lalo na sa mga hindi nararating ng Social Media,” Atty. Cojamco said.

Through this, solutions to the problem of delivering information to the people living in remote communities in Palawan have been identified despite the existing health protocols due to the pandemic.

From the suggestions of the members, the StratCom Cluster has decided to provide comprehensive information through radio and distribution of printed materials containing the aspirations of the PTF-ELCAC to spread it to every corner of the province.

Aside from this, the StratCom aims to end the ongoing recruitment of terrorist groups in remote barangays in the Province. And also to lay down government programs and encourage New People’s Army (NPA) members to return to the government.

The StratCom Cluster is one of the 12 Clusters of the Palawan Task Force headed by Governor Jose Chavez Alvarez. This is in accordance with President Rodrigo Duterte’s Executive Order No. 70 S. 2018 with the aim of ending the insurgency problem in the country.
