Katuwang ng pamahalaang panlalawigan ng Palawan sa pagsasagawa ng IP Tribal Games ang National Commission on Indigenous Peoples (NCIP), National Commission for Culture and the Arts (NCCA), Department of Tourism (DOT), Local Government Units (LGUs), Commission on Higher Education (CHED), Department of Education (DepEd), Armed Forces of the Philippines (AFP) at Philippine National Police (PNP).
