Mga Munisipyo sa Palawan, nakatanggap ng tig-iisang bagong Patient Transport Vehicle Unit mula sa PCSO

Pormal nang nanumpa sa tungkulin ang mga opisyales ng Palawan Tourism Officers Association (PALTOA) sa harapan ni Gobernadora Amy Roa Alvarez, nitong Hulyo 7, 2025, sa Provincial Capitol.

Kinilala bilang Presidente ng PALTOA si Joie Matillano mula sa bayan ng Taytay, Kristel Somayo bilang Bise Presidente, Arvin Acosta bilang Sekretarya na nagmula sa bayan ng El Nido, Luckilyn Panagsagan na nanungkulan bilang Treasurer na nagmula sa San Vicente, at si Arlene Piramide bilang Auditor mula sa Brooke’s Point. Ang mga bagong opisyales ay manunungkulan mula taong kasalukuyan hanggang taong 2028.

Nanumpa rin bilang mga miyembro ng Board of Directors sina; Maribel Buñi bilang Provincial Tourism Officer, Arnold Valdez para sa Provincial Tourism Promotions and Development Office (PTPDO), Angelique Valon, Supervising Tourism Operations Officer at mula sa bayan ng Brooke’s Point, Joel Lagrosa mula sa munisipyo ng Magsaysay, Berner Mark Ocampo sa bayan ng Rizal, at sa mga miyembro na binubuo nina Sherwin Corpuz ng Narra, Ms. Karenn Dondon mula sa Aborlan at Mr. Ronel Bernaldez ng Roxas.

Binigyang diin ni Gob. Alvarez ang kahalagahan ng sustainable tourism development sa Palawan. Maliban dito, pinaalalahanan niya ang mga PALTOA officers na magtulungan upang pagandahin ang kalidad ng mga serbisyong pang turismo at mabigyan ng magandang karanasan ang mga turistang dumadayo sa lalawigan mapa lokal man o internasyunal.
