Puerto Princesa will have its first midrise condo with the expected completion next year of two projects of Condo Homes (COHO) by Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc. in its two sites located in Bancao Bancao and Sicsican.

This is COHO by Vista Land. The latest exciting integrated property development concept from Vista Land and Lifescapes, Inc. The brainchild of its visionary founder, Mr. Manny B. Villar. It aims to seamlessly combine the style and energy of condo living with all the convenient amenities of home. (Condo + Home = COHO)

Mr. Villar believes that what makes any lifestyle beautiful is the ability to make it one’s own. To curate it with memories and experiences that are uniquely yours. By creating communities where malls, coffee shops, cinemas, supermarkets, furniture and hardware stores and more become extensions of your Condo Home, you have everything you need to pursue your passions and create any lifestyle you dream of.

“If you want to dream out of the box, you shouldn’t live inside one,” said Villar. “We created this concept because Filipinos all over the country deserve the chance to live in a place that makes it possible for them create the lifestyles they want. And that is a beautiful thing to see.” he further explained.

Verdant and Paradizo

The two projects aptly described the lush greenery and thriving biodiversity that dominates in the country’s last ecological frontier, COHO in Palawan are Paradizo located in Sicsican and Verdant in Bancao-Bancao.

Paradizo offers a breathtaking panorama of the city’s biodiverse forest that resembles a blissful paradise. The Verdant, on the other hand, located within the heart of the city is likewise surrounded by lush urban vegetation of old trees, overlooking the nearby mangrove belt.

Paradizo, a four-hectare condo village alongside with Camella Palawan’s sprawling site in Brgy. Sicsican will house the 11 buildings of seven-stories each. Verdant will rise Bancao-Bancao with two seven stories buildings.

Both Paradizo and Verdant will be equipped with basketball court, swimming pool, clubhouses and other amenities. Its ground floor is reserved as commercial spaces.

It brings a trendy, chic, and new generation COHO lifestyle in the city. Paradizo and Verdant were diligently designed to cater the needs and lifestyle preferences of chic and fashionable individuals.

COHO lifestyle is suitable in Palawan. A mid-rise condo has lesser footprint to the environment compared to the horizontal development, therefore it adheres to sustainable development principles.

It embodies a vertical housing ideal for convenient living. It offers comforts, luxury and security which make it practical especially with those living a busy life.

It is also equipped with first-class amenities and exceptional, disaster-proof building features.

The COHO will emerge as one-stop-hub in Paradizo and Verdant as it promotes environment-friendly routine allowing residents to shop, dine, recreate or walk leisurely few meters only from home.

Imagine living in a place where a world-class supermarket, IMAX Laser cinemas and coffee shops within your reach. A place where all these beautiful lifestyles and more are made conveniently possible. Its strategic location – with easy access to commercial establishments, shops, recreational facilities, and other readily available amenities – definitely offers trouble-free and hassle-free living.

One exceptional feature that COHO offers is its touch of green. Plants and trees help maintain one’s health and well-being because they provide oxygen and reduce air pollutants. Trees help to lower air temperatures and urban heat.

COHO does not only offer affordable and well-designed condo units, it aims to elevate the lifestyle of its residents by offering its innovative condo home concept not only in the cities but in the provinces as well.

Vista Land and Lifescapes Inc, the country’s leading homebuilder and property developer started its vertical housing venture two years ago and aggressively expands its condo venture this year increasing its condo reach in more areas outside Metro Manila.

COHO by Vista Land properties are now rising in 25 initial locations nationwide :  Taguig – Las Piñas – Caloocan – Subic – Bataan – Pampanga – Baliwag – Antipolo – Bacoor – Imus – Tagaytay – Lipa – Legazpi – Palawan – Iloilo – Bacolod – Mactan –  Talisay, Cebu – Bohol – Dumaguete – Cagayan de Oro – Davao City – Tagum – General Santos – Butuan.
