Prior to the students ‘ deployment, it conducted an orientation in preparation for the field immersion and actual operations of the aquaculture facilities in ISRS.

WPU’s dean Dr. Jean Beth Jontilla urged the students to show professionalism, disciple, initiative and dedication while undergoing their Internship/ OJT.

Billie P. Subang Jr., OIC-Chief of BFAR-ISRS, presented the different units and support facilities such as the Marine Finfish Broodstock Development and Management Unit, Multi-Species Marine Finfish Hatchery Unit, Fishpond Development and Management Unit, among others.
