As of the writing, visitors are not allowed to enter from the main gate even the media.

According to the source, gunshots were heard coming from the administration building. Few minutes later, they saw CO2 Ritchie Canja being rushed to the hospital.

Warning shot lang and si Canja, kaya isinugod is dahil sinaktan na as per the source but di daw binaril talaga,” the source added.

The incident, according to the source, involved again BJMP Team Leader JO1 Jayferson Bon-as who also had an altercation with Dr. Amador Perez Jr. last January.

Meanwhile, ICF officials has not yet issued any official statement with regards to the incident.
