Pinangunahan ni Police Colonel Carlito A. Narag Jr,. Provincial Director ng Palawan Police Provincial Office (PPO) ang traditional Monday Flag Raising Ceremony na isinabay sa kick-off ceremony ng pagdiriwang ng ika-28 na buwan ng Police Community Relations sa temang “Serbisyong Nagkakaisa, Para sa Ligtas at Maunlad na Pamayanan,” na ginanap kahapon, Hulyo 3.

Pinangunahan ito ni Pastor Christopher L. Magpuyo ng Fundamental Baptist Church at Life Coach ng Palawan PPO, kasama ang Guest of Honor at Speaker na si Virgilio L. Tagle, Provincial Director ng DILG-Palawan na kinatawan ni Engr. Ricardo M. Tungpalan, LGGO VII, Outcome Manager, DILG-Palawan.

Ang seremonya ay ginanap sa Palawan PPO Grandstand, Camp Higinio A. Mendoza, Sr., Barangay Tiniguiban, Puerto Princesa City, na pinangasiwaan ng Provincial Community Affairs and Development Unit na pinamumunuan naman ni Police Lieutenant Colonel Baby Jane T. Comoso, Chief, PCADU.
Ang aktibidad ay nagsimula sa Foyer of Honors na iginawad sa Guest of Honor at Speaker at sa pagpirma sa guest book.

Tampok sa pagdiriwang ang paggawad ng Medalya ng Kagalingan kay Police Lieutenant Colonel Raul P. Regala , Chief, PIDMU, Police Major Analyn A. Palma, Chief, PARMU, PSSg Renante A Madarcos, PSSg Mark Ian M Gatchalian, PSSg Michael Dave L Jacobo, at PSSg Arnel B Nacional para sa matagumpay na pag-aresto kay Ant
