47 na dating NPA, nagbalik-loob sa gobyerno

47 na mga dating taga-suporta ng New People’s Army (NPA) ang kusang nag balik- loob sa pamahalaan sa Sitio Mararag, Barangay Maasin, Brooke’s Point, Palawan noong Lunes, Pebrero 27.

Ang seremonya ng pagbabalik-loob ng mga ito ay dinaluhan ng mga opisyales ng LGU-Brooke’s Point sa pangunguna ni Mayor Cesario R. Benedito Jr, Major Richard C Malabanan  PN(M), Executive Officer ng Marine Battalion Landing Team-4,  at Barangay Captain Domingo Bermas ng Barangay Maasin, at si Joey Carlo Del Valle ng KADRE-Palawan.

 

Malugod na tinanggap ang mga ito ng pamahalaan na nangangahulugan gising na sa katutohanan ang mga dating sumusuporta sa NPA.

 

Samantala humarap sa mga opisyales ang mga ito at nanumpa na hindi na sila muling magpapahikayat, sasapi at susuporta sa NPA.

 

Ang nasabing pagbabalik-loob sa pamahalaan ay resulta ng malawakang pakikipag-ugnayan at pagtutulungan ng Municipal Task Force-ELCAC  sa Bayan ng Brooke’s Point tungo sa pangmatagalang kapayapaan at kaunlaran.

 

Ang MBLT-4 ay patuloy na magiging tulay para sa kaayusan, kapayapaan at kaunlaran ng kumonidad.
