Negosyante, arestado sa pagtutulak ng shabu

Isang negosyante ang inaresto ng pinagsanib na pwersa ng City Police Drug Enforcement Unit (CPDEU) ng Puerto Princesa City Police Office (PPCPO) at ng Anti-Crime Task Force ng Pamahalaang Panlungsod sa ikinasa nilang buy-bust operation sa Rizal Avenue sa Brgy. Tagumpay kahapon.

Kinilala ang suspek na si Chelina Omar Jabar, 39 taong gulang, may-asawa, business woman at residente ng Sitio Marabahay, Brgy. Rio Tuba, Bayan ng Bataraza, Palawan.

Sa impormasyong ibinahagi ng CPDEU, naganap ang pagdakip sa babaeng umano’y tulak ng droga bandang 8:05 PM kahapon sa pamamagitan ng buy-bust operation na kung saan ay nakumpiska mula sa kanyang pag-iingat ang isang Qnet cellphone, P20,000 buy-bust money, isang paketeng naglalaman ng pinaghihinalaang shabu (buy-bust item) at tatlo pang pakete ng shabu na sa kabuuan umano ay may estimate street value na P80,000.

Sa kasalukuyan ay nakalagak naman ang suspek sa custodial facility ng PPCPO habang inihahanda ang kasong isasampa laban sa kanya dahil sa paglabag sa RA 9165 o ang “Comprehensive Dangerous Drugs Act of 2002” na maaari umanong ngayong araw o kinabukasan.
