The development is designed to adhere with the WELL Residential certification standards, a prestigious, globally recognized benchmark for designing and operating developments that put a premium on wellness implemented across ten key concepts. Santé Residences Palawan is the latest residential development by Megaworld in Paragua Coastown, following Paragua Beach Village and Oceanfront Premier Residences. Megaworld expects to generate around P6.5 billion in sales from Santé Residences Palawan, which is scheduled for completion by 2031.
San Vicente: Palawan’s next big tourist destination
Aside from residential developments, a pair of 11-story Megaworld hotels are now under construction in Paragua Coastown. These are Savoy Hotel Palawan and Paragua Sands Hotel, which will offer a combined 617 hotel room keys that will help further boost tourism in the locality.
