Inbound at outbound travel guidelines, inamyendahan ng San Vicente-MIATF

Inamyendahan ng Municipal Inter-Agency Task Force (MIATF) for COVID-19 ang panuntunan sa papasok at palabas na pagbiyahe sa bayan ng San Vicente alinsunod sa MIATF Resolution No. 0614-01, Series of 2021.

Ang mga may biyahe palabas ng San Vicente ay dapat na magpakita ng ID, travel pass at magtala ng pangalan sa manipesto. Kinakailangan lamang nilang sumailalim sa antigen test kung requirement ito ng pupuntahang munisipyo o lungsod.

Sa bagong panuntunan para sa inbound residents, pinananatili ang mga requirements tulad ng ID, travel pass, manipesto at negatibong resulta ng Rapid Antigen Test (RAT). Kinakailangan din ng health clearance mula sa kanilang Barangay Health Center kung mayroong deklarasyon ng critical zones.

Ang mga roundtrip travel ay pahihintulutang makabalik ng San Vicente nang walang resulta ng antigen test hanggang alas-10 ng gabi. Hindi pa rin pahihintulutang makapasok ang biyaherong mula sa idineklarang critical zone.

Idinagdag din ang pagrehistro sa S-pass System sa mga requirements para sa mga inbound travellers mula sa labas ng Palawan tulad ng turista, Locally Stranded Individuals (LSI), Returning OFWs at Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APORs).

Kinakailangang sumailalim sa 7 araw na facility-based quarantine ang mga APOR mula sa labas ng Palawan na mamamalagi ng higit sa pitong araw sa San Vicente.

Ang mga naghahatid ng essential goods at online shopping deliveries ay dapat na may pass slip mula sa Municipal Economic Enterprise Development Office (MEEDO) na nagpapahintulot ng kanilang pagpasok at paglabas, valid ID o company ID at negatibong resulta ng RAT na valid ng 7 araw. Dapat din na mayroon silang health clearance mula sa isang government physician kung sila ay mamamalagi ng isang gabi sa loob ng San Vicente.

Nakasaad din sa resolusyon na libre ang RAT para sa mga residente na mayroong mahalagang biyahe. Kinakailangan lamang ng mga ito na magpakita ng certificate of indigency mula sa kanilang barangay.
