The Bureau of Internal Revenue (BIR) reminds all taxpayers to file and pay their 2018 Income Tax Returns (ITR) on or before April 15, 2019 to avoid surcharges (25%), interests (12%), and compromise penalties (graduated) that may be charged against them for late filing and payment.
Relative to the Bureau’s thrust in providing excellent service to taxpayers specifically this Income Tax filing season, the BIR – Palawan will setup a tax filing assistance center at SM City Puerto Princesa on April 13 (Saturday) and 15 (Monday), 2019 from 10AM to 5PM.
To be located at the 2nd Level of SM City Puerto Princesa near Kultura, the said tax assistance center will entertain queries about Income Tax Returns (ITR) based on existing revenue issuances and provide assistance on clear procedures in filing the ITR.
Aside from the said activities, the BIR representatives will also accept filing of “No Payment” 2018 ITR.
