The Palawan Provincial Government, under the leadership of Governor V. Dennis M. Socrates, initiated the distribution of HP Tank Wireless All-in-One Printers during the Ceremonial Turn Over of Special Education Fund (SEF)-Funded Printers for DepEd Palawan. The event, overseen by the Provincial Information Office under the guidance of Provincial Information Officer Atty. Christian Jay Cojamco, commenced on Wednesday, August 9.

The program saw the provision of a total of 109 printers to elementary and secondary schools in the town of Roxas, while an additional 52 printers were distributed to schools in San Vicente on the same day.

The distribution of the printers was personally attended by 1st District Board Member Nieves Rosento, along with Ms. Azon Villaruz and Mr. Joaquin Amadeo, representing BM Winston Arzaga in the aforementioned towns. Roxas Community Affairs Division Head Raquel Vicera also represented BM Ma. Angela Sabando during the distribution.

Furthermore, Dumaran received 71 printers, while Araceli welcomed 49 printers, both personally delivered by the PIO team yesterday, August 10.

BM Rosento extended her support to the activity in Dumaran, joined by Roxas CAD Head Vicera, representing BM Sabando, along with Mr. Ruben Miraflores and Mr. Joaquin Arzaga, representative of BM Arzaga in their respective towns.

The OIC Public District Supervisors, School Heads, and teachers in these towns warmly embraced the donated printers, expressing gratitude to the Provincial Government and the municipal mayors’ representatives from the four municipalities.

They also acknowledged the significant assistance the printers would provide in printing modules and other essential documents required for schools.
