Quarantine ng mga LSI at ROF, sagot pa rin ng Puerto Princesa City Government

Pinasinungalingan ni Incident Management Team (IMT) Commander Dr Dean Palanca ang isyu na hindi na sagot ng Puerto Princesa City Government ang bayarin ng mga uuwing Local Stranded Individuals (LSI) at Returning Overseas Filipinos (ROF) sa lungsod.

“Yung sinasabi ng iba or naririnig nila na baka si LSI na yung magpa-pay sa kaniyang quarantine dito. Hindi pa naman po yun pinapatupad ng Puerto Princesa City,” ani Dr Palanca.

Ayon naman kay City Administrator Atty. Arnel Pedrosa , tanging Authorized Persons Outside Residence (APOR) ang magbabayad sa mga gastusin sa buong panahon na pamamalagi sa quarantine facility at ang kanilang pagkain.

“Sagot pa rin po tuloy-tuloy pa rin po hindi na natigil yan sa [LSI at ROF]…Ang expenses po sa facility sa accommodation sa means ng isang APOR ay sagot ng kaniyang opisina o tanggapan o kompanya kung saan siya nagtatrabaho,” pahayag ni Pedrosa.

Ipinaliwanag din ni Pedrosa na mapapabilang ka sa LSI kung hindi ka naka-uwi sa lungsod mula nang ipinatupad ang Community Quarantine, pero kung nakalabas kana sa Puerto Princesa habang ipinapatupad ito at nais bumalik ay mapapabilang ka sa APOR.

“Yung LSI kasi ibig sabihin stranded halimbawa since March nasa Manila ka ngayon ka lang nakapunta ng Puerto Princesa stranded na ang classification mo. so locally stranded individual ka or since march nandito ka sa Puerto princesa ngayon ka pa lang babalik ng kamaynilaan locally stranded individual ka dito sa lungsod ng Puerto princesa na uuwi ng manila Once lang kasi yan dapat hindi pwedeng pabalik balik LSI pa rin ang tawag,”dagdag pahayag ni Pedrosa.
