Lalaki, naaresto sa Palawan dahil sa seksuwal na pang-aabuso at acts of Lasciviousness

Naaresto si alyas Peping noong Oktubre 17, 2024 sa isang pinagsanib na operasyon ng Aborlan MPS, Provincial Intelligence Unit, 401st Battalion Maneuver Company, RMFB, at Quezon MSBC-NARRA MLET.

Ang pag-aresto ay isinagawa sa bisa ng warrant of arrest na inilabas noong Oktubre 15, 2024 ni Jocelyn Sundiang Dilig, Tagapangulong Hukom ng Regional Trial Court, Ika-apat na Rehiyong Panghukuman, Sangay 47, Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa, Palawan.

Si Peping ay nahaharap sa kasong Seksuwal na Pang-aabuso sa ilalim ng Artikulo 266-A (2) ng Revised Penal Code, na may kaugnayan sa Seksyon 5 (B) ng R.A. No. 7610. Ang nasabing kaso ay mayroong inirekomendang piyansa sa halagang Php200,000. Bukod dito, siya rin ay kinasuhan ng Acts of Lasciviousness sa ilalim ng Artikulo 336 ng Revised Penal Code, na may kaugnayan sa Seksyon 5 (B) ng R.A. No. 7610, at mayroon din inirekomendang piyansa na Php108,000.
Kasalukuyan nang nasa kustodiya ng Aborlan Municipal Police Station, ang suspek para sa karampatang dokumentasyon at disposisyon ng kanyang mga kaso.
