LGU-Roxas, naglabas ng bago at karagdagang mga alituntunin para sa mga inbound travelers

Muling naglabas ng mga alitutunin ang Local Government Unit (LGU) ng Roxas ngayong araw, May 12, 2021, para sa mga inbound travelers at karagdagang precautionary measures dahil sa patuloy na pagtaas ng kaso ng COVID-19 sa nasabing munisipyo.

Sa ilalim ng Resolution No. 10, Series of 2021 ng Municipal Inter-Agency Task Force Against COVID-19, nakasaad na ang mga inbound travelers kabilang ang essential travelers at personnel ng mga delivery services na manggagaling sa Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa at mga munisipyong mayroong confirmed COVID-19 cases at active community transmission ay kinakailangan ng Valid ID, Health Clearance Certificate na makukuha sa pinagmulang lugar at Rapid Antigen Test na epektibo 24 oras bago pumasok sa bayan.

Ang mga residente ng Roxas na mananatili sa Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa ng LESS than 24 hours ay kinakailangang magrehistro sa COVID-19 Sheet na may nakalagay ng petsa at oras ng pagdating sa munisipyo.  Kailangan ding siguruhin ng biyahero na mayroon siyang Travel Monitoring Stub na ipapakita sa checkpoint palabas ng Roxas at ganun din sa pagbalik bilang katunayan na ito ay nanatili lamang ng hindi bababa sa 24 oras sa lungsod.

Ang mga residente naman ng Roxas na mananatili ng HIGIT 24 oras sa Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa at sa ibang lugar na mayroong confirmed COVID-19 cases at active community transmission ay kinakailangan ng valid ID, Barangay Certification at Rapid Antigen Test result 24 oras bago pumasok sa bayan. Kailangan din sumailalim sa 7-day home quarantine, health assessment at muling pagsasailalim sa Rapid Antigen Test kapag may naramdamang sintomas.

Lahat ng biyaherong dadaan lamang sa bayan ng Roxas patungong ibang munisipyo ay kinakailangang magpakita ng Valid ID at resulta ng Rapid Antigen Test epektibo 24 oras bago ang pagdating sa checkpoints.

Ipatutupad naman ang curfew hours simula 8:00PM-5:00AM sa mga residente ng munisipyo maliban sa mga nagtatrabaho bilang frontliners at mga permitted industries kung saan mayroong operasyon habang nasa curfew hours tulad ng medical and emergency services at mga on duty na uniformed personnel.

Ang mga business establishments naman kabilang ang Public Market ay inaatasan na mag-adjust ng operating hours mula 5:00AM-6:00PM at kailangan ding mahigpit na magpatupad ng social distancing at iba pang minimum public health standards and safety protocols sa loob ng kanilang kinasasakupan.

Ang empleyado ng Munisipyo kabilang ang mga empleyado ng Pantawid Pamilyang Pilipino Program ay naka-skeletal workforce simula May 12, 2021 hanggang May 19, 2021. Hinihikayat naman ang iba pang ahensya na i-adopt ang alternative work arrangements tulad ng 50% on-site capacity, at iba pang stratehiya na naaayon sa rules and regulation ng Civil Service Commission.

Ang mga empleyado ng LGU na nag-e-edad 60 pataas ay kinakailangang i-avail ang alternate work arrangements.

Suspendido naman ang distribusyon at pagkuha ng mga modules ng mga estudyanteng nasa elementarya at high school simula May 11, 2021 hanggang May 17, 2021.

Samantala, bibigyan naman ng kaukulang parusa ang sinumang hindi susunod sa mga alituntunin.
