Five more members and supporters of the Communist Terrorist Group (CTG) surrendered on October 26, 2021 in Brgy. Tinitian, Roxas, Palawan.
According to authorities, a man and 4 women recruited by the CTG voluntarily surrendered to them after realizing that they were misled by the terrorist organization.
On October 22 and 26, the Marine Battalion Landing Team-3/JTF facilitated the surrender of 17 CTG members and supporters in Brgy. Jolo and Tinitian, Roxas, Palawan.
The recent surrenderees were “returned to their respective localities and will be monitored and provided by Roxas MTF ELCAC”.
