“I want to share my story to my fellow people who are also prone to being bullied constantly, body shamed and being criticized because of their looks. I want to empower and remind them that ‘THEY MATTER’ and that they are a beautiful person, inside and out.”

“Joining Binibining Sexsi 2021 was one of the bravest decisions I’ve made this year, because there’s a lot of expectations and words I’ve heard that brought pressure to me,” aniya.

“Some journeys may end, but mine is just [the] beginning,” ang iniwan namang mga kataga ni Lucero sa panghuling bahagi ng kanyang post.

Si Lucero ay Ms. Puerto Princesa 2015-2nd Runner Up, Ms. Tourism Puerto Princesa Philippines 2016 (title holder), Mutya ng Palawan 2017-2nd Runner Up, at kinatawan ng Puerto Princesa, Palawan sa Miss Millennial Philippines 2017 ng Eat Bulaga ng GMA-7.
