Puerto Princesa International Airport, tuloy pa rin ang biyahe ng mga airlines

Tuloy parin at walang nagbagong schedule sa mga airlines na dumarating sa Lungsod ng Puerto Princesa maging sa mga byahero na papalabas ng lungsod.

Sa naging panayam ng Palawan Daily kay Ma. Lourdes C. Espartero, Media/Information Officer CAAP- Area Center IV, sa ngayon ay wala pa silang natatanggap na abiso kung may pagbabago sa mga flights sa kabila ng pagtaas muli ng COVID-19 lalo na sa Manila.

“Sa ngayon naghihintay tayo nang abiso mula sa head office at kung mayroon mang flights ang mag-cancel from Manila palang, alam na natin.  At lahat naman ng flights sa atin [from Puerto Princesa] ay originating from Manila pa rin. Kung mayroon mang nakakansela ay ung ating cargo flight, pero yong sa passengers wala naman,” saad ni Espartero.

Dagdag nito na mayroong lima hanggang anim na flights ang umaalis kada araw kabilang na ang cargo flights, dalawa hanggang tatlo naman para sa passengers, at nasa tatlong daan ang pumapasok na byahero sa lungsod.

Samantala, naghhintay din ng abiso ang pamunuan ng Civil Aviation Authority of the Philippines (CAAP) mula sa City Government kong mayroong pagbabago ay kanila namang ipatutupad sa Puerto Princesa International Airport.
