Tamad na JO employees ng City Hall, tatanggalin na

Mga tamad na job order employees at empleyadong papasok lang kung kukuha ng sweldo ang dapat na mangamba sa susunod na taon dahil sila ang posibleng mawalan ng trabaho sa City Government ng Puerto Princesa.

Ayon kay City Budget Officer Regina Cantillo, ang mga ganitong empleyado lamang ang posibleng maapektuhan ng tanggalan sa City Hall.

“Mangamba ang mga tamad at tsaka yung mga papasok lang susuweldo, yun mangangamba talaga yung mga ‘yun. Hindi natin maiwasan meron talagang ganun,” sabi pa niya.

Pagtitiyak ni Cantillo, bagama’t nasa 25 percent ang projection ni Mayor Lucilo Bayron na ibabawas sa bilang ng mga job order employess ay sinabi umano nila sa Punong Lungsod na maaari namang ilipat sa mga bagong proyekto ang mga matatanggal na maayos namang magtrabaho.

“Ang sabi namin kay Mayor may mga new projects naman, so malamang wala ring madi-displace. Kunwari sa solid waste, ang kailangan doon ay 100, eh ngayon ay 150, yung 50 na yun may mga puwede silang applyan sa ibang project, bagong project na kailangan ng job order,” dagdag niya.

Ibinunyag rin niya na base sa time and motion study ng City Planning Office, may mga proyekto ang Pamahalaang Panlungsod na kailangang magbawas ng 25-50 percent na mga job order employees.

Iginiit naman ni Cantiilo na sa susunod na taon ay kailangang matapos ng empleyado ang walong oras na trabaho at dapat ay mayroong isusumiting output.

“Alam naman natin na ang JO yung iba ay talagang accommodation lang, so by next year yung talagang trabaho na ang gagawin nila,” ani ni Cantillo.

Kaugnay nito, sa susunod na Linggo ay pagsusumitihin na nila ang mga project manager ng mga requirement kung ilan talaga ang kailangang job order sa bawat proyekto.

Magkakaroon rin umano sila ng workshop kung saan tatanungin nila kung saan ang area of assignment ng empleado, ilan ang kailangang tao sa lugar at ito ang pagbabasehan nila kung magkano ang ibibigay nilang sweldo.

Sa ngayon ay mayroong 3,000 job order employees ang City Government.
