Water interruption sa ilang barangay sa lungsod, patuloy na tinutugunan ng Water District

Patuloy na tinutugunan ng Puerto Princesa City Water District (PPCWD) ang water interruption sa lungsod matapos na maglabas ng abiso kahapon, March 17, 2022, kaugnay sa mga barangay na maaapektuhan ng mahinang daloy ng tubig: Irawan, Sicsican, Sta. Monica, Tiniguiban, San Pedro maging ang Poblacion Area.

Ayon kay Jenn Rausa, tagapagsalita ng Puerto Princesa City Water District, ay naisaayos na ang linya ng tubig kaninang umaga base na rin sa itinakdang oras na nakasaad sa water advisory nila kahapon.

“Na-accomplish naman po natin yung itong leak repair na isinagawa at natapos naman po tayo batay doon sa target natin na 5:00 AM so na-restore na yung supply ng tubig and malakas na yung pressure dito sa bayan. May mga areas lang na yung pressure ng tubig ay nag b-build up pa pero bago naman po mag pick hours ay ni-restore na at malakas na ulit yung pressure.”

Dagdag pa ni Rausa, wala narin umano silang natatanggap pa na ilang reklamo sa ngayon matapos na mawalan ng tubig ang ilang lugar sa lungsod.

“Wala na po, fully restored na yung pressure natin, malakas na po yung pressure natin ngayon and hindi po naka apekto yung repair na isinagawa natin kagabi sa pressure ng tubig natin ngayon umaga.

Samantala, muli naman nanawagan ang pamunuan ng Puerto Princesa City Water District (PPCWD), na huwag mag atubiling iparating sa kanilang tanggapan kung nakakaranas man ng mahina o walang daloy ng tubig sa kanilang lugar.

“Kung meron po mga concerns with regards sa leak at sa mga illegal connections ay ipagbigay alam lamang po agad sa ating opisina.”
