Hue Hotels and Resorts has always dedicated itself to the highest standards of service excellence and quality, envisioned to be hip and creative while providing premium accommodations in the City of Puerto Princesa.

On June 25, 2019, the City Legal Office of the City Government of Puerto Princesa dismissed the complaint for cancellation of the business permit of La-ud Restaurant at Hue Hotels and Resorts due to an alleged food poisoning incident which was carried by Palawan News. Our Management has always been confident that there could be no other conclusion to be drawn in said Office’s investigation as we were able to prove in documents and in fact that we are compliant to all requirements and sanitation standards of the City Health Office related to food and beverage operations.

The Decision of the said Office of the complaint against Laud Restaurant at Hue Hotels and Resorts confirms the stand of Management from the outset that the complaint was totally without basis or merit and invalidates the allegation of food poisoning. This is a vindication and affirmation of our commitment to deliver world-class hotel experience in the City. Hue Hotels and Resorts stands by the hard work and dedication of our personnel, as we have tirelessly trained them and have ensured to inculcate the values which we stand for.

Above all, Hue Hotels and Resorts would like to express its utmost gratitude to our customers in the City of Puerto Princesa for their continued patronage for many years to come. /(PR)
